The new MMA Fitness "Fit and Fearless" program is an infusion of Thai Boxing, Functional Training, Mixed Martial Arts and full-body conditioning! Using fitness components such as plyometric exercises, aerobics, light weights and core conditioning with the added element of Thai Boxing movements! Using legs and hands to strike bags and pads adds another whole new dimension to your fitness regimen! Use boxing movements in Shadowboxing routines and then apply these techniques on Impact Training using target pads or bags for impact and resistance will burn fat like you never imagined! Then add the Core Conditioning and Strength Training to the mix and you have a training system that is ultimately effective, fun, unique and challenging!
Private and Semi-Private Sessions now forming! Fast and furious 45-minute training sessions are available on Monday thru Friday by appointment. We supply all the equipment you need for a quick but highly effective workout. All you need is a comfortable set of exercise clothes and a great attitude!
